Pole Parties Classes and Packages 3 Week Pole Lessons Timetable

You can access unlimited lessons for only $20 a week (direct debit, conditions apply) and participate in any of the following classes;

Pole fit (For safety reasons it is mandatory to enrol and complete the 3 week safety course prior to participating in any pole fit classes)
3 Week Pole Course
Cardio & Strength
Zumba express
Bozu Ball
Burlesque
Stretch & Flex


Pole Fit Classes (60 min)

Learn aerial acrobatics pole moves, groves and tricks that will increase your strength and tone your upper body and abs like no other workout can! All Pole fit lessons start with a Zumba & Burlesque warm up which leads into the combination of areas such as: stretch & flex elements & cardio & strength training that increases your heart rate.

Classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced whilst operating morning and night there is a class to suit everyone’s fitness level, lifestyle and budget (All teachers are qualified personal trainers or training to do so)


For your safety the 3 week course is compulsory prior to attendance to any pole fitness classes.

 

3 Week Pole Course (60 min)

Our 3 Week Course is an introduction safety lesson to pole, combining basic pole tricks, dance routines and strength building. Lessons are held for 1 hour a week over three consecutive weeks. Our professional instructors take their time to teach you between 16-18 moves, depending on your strength and flexibility. During the 3 week course students have the opportunity to attend any classes on the timetable for free. These extra classes will assist you and improve your core and upper body strength which in turn help perfect your moves, strength and ability of the new found sport of the art of pole.

In all, you will receive 3 hours of personalised group pole training as well as free access to all other classes during the 3 weeks for only $149. If you are able to arrange a private group booking (min 5 people) we are able to offer an attractive discount for each participant to complete the 3 week course for only $129 per person

Cardio & Strength

Get your heart rate up, work up a sweat and build up your core strength in this fantastic hardcore circuit class. Incorporating Bosu, boxing, weights, skipping and a range of cardio and resistance activities


Zumba Express (60 min)

Zumba express is a combined class consisting of 30min Zumba and 30min Pole Fit. The Zumba elements consist of a high impact cardio dance class using a variety of dance styles from all over the world to create a workout that is not only fun and enjoyable but also a great fat burner. After the Zumba workout, students have the opportunity to work on fine tuning their pole moves and combinations.


Member Choice Mix It Class (90 min)

This class is purely dedicated around the students choice of workout!!! Whether it be a straight Pole Fit, Zumba or cardio/strength class or a combination of all three, it will be the students choice on the night. In addition, students can come anytime between starting time and 30 min before finishing time.

 

Mothers Class (60 min)

This class incorporates a variety of workouts including Pole Fit, Zumba, cardio/strength and stretch and flex. Open to all students and also gives mothers the opportunity to bring along their kids whilst working out. There are toys and entertainment available for the kids and always in view.
